I love macarons too. I have made many different flavors and post on my blog with some tips if you're interested to check it out. :) I usually use a double pan to prevent the macaron from heating too fast (causing the 火山爆发). haha....I love your descriptions. ;) Hope your next macaron try will be more beautiful. But I'm sure these still taste great.
